What Craig brought with him from New Zealand was the "Can Do" attitude which in America has been replaced with "Can Buy" sloth.

For example here he is making a kitchen sink counter. No one does that nowdays, they just go to Home Depot and pick one out. And they buy and live with ugly counters.

Craig seemed to understand and incorporate the Vallejo Project ethics better than any previous carpenter. Not only did he genuinely care about the boat, which our other great carpenters did too, especially Henry, but Craig also got things done.
