| PADDLE
WHEELS |

The truth is, at first when they said they wanted to
restore the paddle wheels to working order everyone
thought it was a joke. The idea of giving the Vallejo
another go around the bay was stupid, not the least
of which because it is dangerous.

| The
Vallejo is a classic double sided mid-center paddle
boat. This is the Starboard side of the Vallejo
where the paddle wheel used to be. |

| This
is a close up of the sawed off radius. |
| |
|
|
| In the
hull the shafts which turn the wheel still exist,
though the hull is splinter cracking vertically
due to the rotting hull giving way to the heavy
weight. |
